Tanya Saneekosol

Tanya Saneekosol is the Assistant Controller with Ethos Real Estate and is responsible for the accuracy and compliance of all financial accounting and reporting related to the property portfolios. Prior to joining Ethos, Tanya was an Accounting Manager at April Housing where she oversaw a portfolio of 90,000 affordable housing units while developing the financial close process and implementing robust internal controls that streamlined processes and improved accuracy in financial reporting for their accounting team. She began her career working in publicly traded REITs managing the financial operations and maintaining accurate financials records of commercial, office, and mixed-used assets and developments at Hudson Pacific Properties, Kilroy Realty Corporation, and Brookfield.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration in Accounting and Economics from California State Los Angeles. With a strong foundation in accounting principles and a deep understanding of property management dynamics, Tanya remains committed to the professional development in property accounting to drive efficiencies and ensure transparency in financial operations across all managed portfolios.
