Andrew Effer

Andrew Effer is a Senior Project Manager with Ethos Real Estate and is responsible for managing the execution of capital improvement projects across the firm's multifamily portfolio in alignment with investment business plans.

Prior to joining Ethos, Andrew spent more than five years as a Project Manager with CREDE Group, where his experience spanned capital improvement and development projects across a diverse range of commercial real estate asset types. Early in his career, he supported the planning and execution of ground-up multifamily and industrial developments, retail redevelopments, hospitality renovations, and recreational projects. He later managed occupied renovation programs and major building system upgrades for affordable multifamily communities, overseeing projects from planning and procurement through construction and closeout.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Christian University.
